Newcastle United v. Real Mallorca and FC Velez

Acted for Newcastle United in the dispute over Jonas Guttierez who exercised his “Article 17” rights and left Majorca to sign for Newcastle.

Newcastle United v. Kevin Keegan

Acted for Newcastle United in relation to proceedings for wrongful dismissal brought against them by Kevin Keegan after he left the Club.

FA v. Paddy Kenny

Acted for the Sheffield United player who admitted a doping offence before an FA disciplinary panel.

FA v. Millwall and West Ham

Acted for Millwall FC on charges of failing to control their fans and ensure they refrained from racist and provocative conduct. The charges arose from the West Ham v Millwall Carling Cup fixture in August 2009. Millwall were acquitted of the charges.

Steve Evans, Crawley Town

Jim acted for Steve Evans of Crawley Town in relation to a misconduct charge.
